Report abuse. Try the following: Right-click on an empty area in the system tray at the bottom-middle of the screen. Then: Properties -> Start Menu (Tab) -> Click"Classic Start Menu" -> click"Customize". In the window at the bottom, make sure that"Display Administrative Tools" is checked."OK" your way out.
